Heather joined Winslow Capital in 2011 as Portfolio Administrator.  In 2015 she transitioned to the compliance team and is now Senior Director, Compliance Officer.  Leveraging her strong analytical skills and attention to detail, she manages investment guidelines for the firm as well as the firm’s compliance monitoring, testing and training programs.  Heather is also the co-lead of Winslow Capital’s books and records management program.  Prior to joining our firm, she was a senior financial analyst at Value Consulting Group.
