As portfolio manager on the Growth Capital Strategy, Kelly is responsible for deal pipeline, sourcing and portfolio construction. She and the sector analysts conduct the detailed analytical work on all investments. Kelly is also a member of the Investment Team for the U.S. Large Cap Growth Strategy. Prior to joining Winslow Capital in 2013, she was a managing director and services sector head in equity research at Credit Suisse in Boston for seven years. Immediately prior to that, she served as an executive director and services sector equity research analyst at UBS in New York. She started her career in investment banking in New York.

Kelly is a member of Winslow Capital’s Management Committee.
